'Right First Time' Quality

We also achieved 100% right first time (RFT) quality in May. This means that all of our work was free of defects at the first time of asking.

Customer Satisfaction
100% in May 2026
Customer satisfaction was also 100% in May. That's exactly what it sounds like: all of our customers were satisfied with the work we delivered, and we received no complaints whatsoever.
